Inspired by the need of bringing more harmony and natural stress releasing solutions to the workfloors, I offer companies online and live "Office Flow Yoga" classes. My goal is to help improve overall well-being, boost productivity and focus, while contributing to a positive team spirit and working atmosphere.

My yoga classes are typically between 30-75 minutes and are designed for all levels.

Flexibility or being deeply spiritual is not a requirement.
