Meditation is the practice of turning attention inward, noticing feelings and thought patterns, making connections with our inner self. The art of focusing, finding inner peace, slowing down the heart rate, relaxing the body and nurturing the nervous system.

It's not connected to religion, gender or special skills. It's about allowing ourselves to slow down, helping our body get out of the continuous stress mode and feeling more connected within and without.

The classes can be held live, hybrid or online. No equipment is needed, just a calm space.

The duration of the meditation can vary between 10-30 minutes, depending on the needs.

Possible extras : candles, aroma therapy or incents. Soft background music is played during all classes, (unless asked otherwise).

 

Depending on the team, the company goals and wishes, I also offer tailor-made programs and meditations to help contribute to the success of people and company alike.
