To find a good coach who you like and who can really help you is not always easy. It requires a great click and loads of trust. To find out if we are "meant" for each other, I like to start with a free intake.

During these 20-30 minutes we will discuss your goal(s) and how I can help you reach it, your expectations towards me and what I need from you to make our sessions a success. And of course to see if we are a match. :)

THE ICC METHOD

​

During the Inner Change Coaching method I apply various techniques, from Holistic Coaching, Life Coaching, Positive Psychology, NLP, Kinesiology, Reiki, The Silva Mind Control Method, breath work, Ayurveda, meditation, mindfulness, energy work, yoga and fitness, learned over the past 20 years. 
I blended all this knowledge into one new coaching method with the single aim to

help you create a more conscious, open and confident mindset so that you can make positive changes in your life. Using an intuitive approach, I create tailor - made sessions, depending on you and what you need.

Two sessions will never be the same.

​

After working together, you will be able to face challenges easier and make decisions according to your intuition and true core values. You will be able to start letting go of things that don't serve you, learn ways to live with more energy and find more harmony with yourself and others.

LIKE ONIONS

​

We have many layers. As we all have physical, energetic and emotional bodies, during the treatment, we will work with all three of them.

​

Physical Body - where the focus lies on creating physical health, fitness and treating psychosomatic pains and illnesses.

​

Emotional Body - where we focus on understanding where our feelings come from, how to deal with them in a mindful way and learn to let go of what doesn't serve us anymore.

​

Energetic Body - where the focus lies on treating the more subtle levels of the body to remove blocks and restore the energy needed to change, heal and move forward

​

THIS IS THE WAY

​

The sessions focus on identifying the real problem(s) and resolving the main blocks that stand in the way from living and experiencing life to the fullest.

Once we found the main issue, first the focus lies on defusing these blocks, the negative emotions, feelings, and stress, which are causing the pain, irritation, and suffering. Secondly we will work towards creating a new mindset and approach regarding the issue, all based on mindfulness and conscious awareness. The amazing about this technique is, that whether these blocks were created in the past (childhood) or in the present moment, we can access information from the body. If we decide to apply the methods from Kinesiology, through biofeedback - a.k.a. muscle testing, I can help you find the information stored in the conscious and subconscious mind. Then without hypnosis, we can reprogram the mind, so that the negative memories won't have such a strong effect on our current situation and feelings.

Last but not least, depending on what you are dealing with and need the most, we will look further into more (health) coaching, fitness coaching, breathwork and reiki healing. We will also create a concrete action plan you can stick to during and after the session(s to stay on the right track.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

This is something I can not tell you, but we will decide together. Depending on how deep rooted your problem is, maybe one session will bring improvements - even a solution -  maybe you will need a series of meetings to reach your desired state. Normally a session is between 1 -1,5 hours long. Generally for one problem, 5 sessions can bring significant positive changes. For more complex problems, I recommend 10 sessions, so we really have time to untangle the emotional and energetic strands of a problem circle.

Resolve more blocks and help you to a more stable and permanent healing process.

During this one time session we will focus on you.

 

On figuring out what you really need and what is holding back from it.

Deep down.

 

It is a breakthrough session, that will focus on identifying and connecting with the real problem(s) and to your self on a deeper level. Make connection with your true desires, motivations, limiting beliefs, stress sources and blocks.

 

We will create an 10 step actionplan, with hands on tools and tips you can take home and start with immedietly. To start your journey on creating a healthier, calmer and more conscious life. One that will bring you,

day by day closer to your ideal world.

During this journey, we will first focus on identifying and connecting with the real problem(s) and to your self on a deeper level. This way, you can make connection with your true desires, motivations, limiting beliefs, and blocks.

 

Once we identified them, we will work on the most dominant issue that is holding you back. Through various techniques and exercises, we will work on releasing the block, so you can start the healing from a deeper level.

 

In these tailor - made coaching sessions you will receive exactly what you need.

Including a personal action plan and set of tools to take home and to help you to stay on the right track.

During this extensive journey, you will experience a breakthrough and a shift.

By making connection with your true desires, motivations, limiting beliefs, and blocks,

we will access the unconscious mind and initiate real change.

 

First we will focus on identifying and connecting with the real problem(s) and to your self on a deeper level.

 

After identifying the real issue, we will work on removing stress and several blocks. The ones that are holding you back from going for your dreams, living calmer or making that change.

 

Together we work towards rebalancing your energy, creating a fresh mindset and new approach regarding the situation. All based on coaching, mindfulness and energy work.
